How long does order processing take?
Our gardening experts take 1-2 days to carefully prepare each specimen before dispatch. We ensure every plant is properly packaged and hydrated for transit, maintaining the quality guarantee we’re known for.
Do you deliver to my country?
We proudly serve gardeners worldwide from our Nottingham nursery, though we currently cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote locations. During extreme weather conditions, we may delay shipments to protect plant health – your plants’ wellbeing is our priority.
What should I do when my plants arrive?
We recommend:
• Unpacking immediately and giving plants a thorough watering
• Allowing plants to acclimate to their new environment for 2-3 days before planting
• Consulting the care guide included with your shipment

Is there a minimum order value?
