Return & Exchange Timeframe
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you ample time to inspect your plants and gardening products and ensure they meet your gardening vision.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In their original condition
- Unused and undamaged
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and quality of our living products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Live Plants & Trees: All living plants including Acer Trees, Apple Trees, Bamboo, Birch Trees, Cherry Blossom Trees, Crabapple Trees, Fruit Trees, Fern, and other garden plants
- Perishable Garden Items: Any living botanical materials that may not survive return shipping
- Personal Care Products: Opened gardening chemicals or soil treatments
Note: We stand behind the quality of all our plants. If you receive damaged or unhealthy plants, please contact us immediately for resolution.

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed shipping instructions. Please do not ship items without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Carefully package your items in the original packaging, include all documentation, and ship to:

Refund Information
Refund Timeline
- Credit Card Payments: 5-10 business days after return processing
- PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days after return processing
- Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable, unless return is due to our error

Exchange Process
For exchanges, follow the same return process. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your replacement item using your preferred shipping method. Difference in product prices will be refunded or charged accordingly.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for replacement shipping at no cost to you.
